Returns Policy

Requests for returns and exchanges related to defective Products must be made in accordance with the Warranty Policy .

All other requests for returns or exchanges (i.e. for Products wrongly supplied) must be notified to us in writing within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Such notice must be submitted by email to a[email protected] and contain the following:

  • your name, company, address and contact number including international dialling codes;
  • a description of the defect, and relevant pictures in jpeg format not exceeding 1MB;
  • original proof of purchase (i.e. your order number and receipt) must be provided;
  • the seal number, date of manufacture (DOM) and 3 check digits (CD) of the defective JaiBolt™ (these are displayed on the external surface of the JaiBolt™); and
  • any other information or details as we may require.

Please do not return any Products to us until or unless you receive our prior written approval. We will not accept any Products for return without our prior written approval, or any risk of loss or damage to the same.  If Products are returned to us without our prior written approval, we may at our absolute discretion return these Products to you or store or dispose such Products at your costs and risks, without prejudice to any rights or remedies we may have at law or under contract.

Products returned or to be exchanged must comply with the following conditions:

  • Products must be in new condition, re-saleable condition and in their original, unopened packaging along with all original accessories and other items and materials received with it;
  • JaiBolt™s should not have had the base (locking mechanism) detached from the rest of the device;
  • All sealed items must not be opened; and
  • The Product, and any codes supplied with the Product, must not have been used.

We are not obliged to agree to any return or exchange unless all conditions in this Returns Policy are met to our satisfaction.

Should we agree to a return or exchange, we will deliver the replacement Product Ex Works (Incoterms 2020) our warehouse to your specified address, or at our option refund to you the Price paid by you for the Product (or a proportionate part of the Price), whereupon we shall have no further liability to you in connection with such Product and your Order/Contract.
